Since 2005, Kim has been dedicated to empowering automotive professionals. Their journey commenced as a Sales Professional at a Toyota dealership in 1996, progressing through roles at Chrysler and various companies, refining skills in the "SuperSale Business."


In 2004, Kim ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing the esteemed "Royal Promotions & Marketing Group." This endeavor paved the path for the launch of "Auto Exchange" and "MAE Bank," where Kim tackled credit challenges through the Buy Here Pay Here model.


With a steadfast commitment to advancing the industry, Kim founded MAC Automotive Subprime Training in 2005, now recognized as "Sell it Smart." Over the years, Kim has orchestrated the transformation of numerous dealerships, optimizing subprime departments, and equipping sales, finance, and management teams to adeptly serve credit-challenged customers with ethics, professionalism, and profitability.


In 2024, Kim expanded their vision with the inception of Buy It Smart Automotive Inc., an Online Non-Prime Dealership & Training Facility.
