Meet Kim MacPherson, a seasoned expert in the automotive retail industry with over 26 years of experience. With more than two decades dedicated to training sales, finance, and management teams to serve less-than-perfect credit customers in a professional, ethical, and profitable way, Kim is a leader in the non-prime market.   


Starting her career in 1996 as an Automotive Sales Professional, Kim quickly moved up the ranks to become a Finance Manager, Sales Manager, and Dealer Principal. In 2003, she owned a few businesses that centered around serving less-than-perfect credit customers, including an Event Marketing Company, Royal Promotions and Marketing that managed used vehicle sales for dealerships, a used dealership, The Auto Exchange and MAE Bank (Buy Here Pay Here).  In 2005 she started a non prime training, staffing and marketing company now called,

Sell it Smart & Buy It Smart Automotive. 


When she's not coaching, training and consulting automotive professionals or working hands on with Buy it Smart car buyers Kim is a sought-after speaker on topics related to non-prime, notably at the F+I Conference and Expo in Las Vegas, Auto Re-marketers Conference, various performance groups, and several podcasts like The Dealer Playbook, Dealer Talk and Car Girls.
